We sell to customers in any country in the world from outside the European Union. Products ship from our international supplier's warehouse. If you buy from Spain or another European Union country, you keep the rights granted to you under European consumer law, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, under the terms detailed below. If you buy from outside the European Union, we apply these same terms as a minimum standard, without prejudice to any additional rights granted to you under your country's laws.

These terms govern the purchase of products through the Nuvel online store. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but your order will be invoiced at the price in effect when it was confirmed. Products are subject to stock availability.
The sales contract is formed when the customer receives the order confirmation by email. That confirmation includes the item details, total price and shipping information.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We don't store card data.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order (statutory right of withdrawal, Directive 2011/83/EU). Nuvel voluntarily extends this period to 30 days. See the Returns Policy for the process.
Products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, the minimum required under European consumer law (EU Directive 2019/771). If the item arrives defective or stops working as it should within that period, write to us and we'll replace it or refund you.
All content on this store (text, images, brand, logos) is the property of Nuvel or its licensors. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
If you buy from Spain or another European Union country, these terms are governed by Spanish law, and for any dispute the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile, as established under European consumer protection law. For buyers outside the European Union, these terms are governed by Venezuelan law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you under the consumer law of your country of residence.
