Nuvel is an online store run from Venezuela that sells to customers in any country in the world. When the buyer resides in the European Union, we process their data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679), even though we are not established in the Union. For buyers from other countries, we apply these same data protection standards as a minimum.

We collect the data you provide when placing an order (first and last name, delivery address, email address and phone number), as well as anonymous browsing data needed for the store to function (technical cookies).
The data is used exclusively to: (a) process and manage your order; (b) communications related to that order (confirmation, tracking, issues); (c) handle inquiries and return or exchange requests.
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (GDPR, art. 6.1.b). For marketing communications, the basis is explicit consent (art. 6.1.a).
Order data is kept for the legally required period (5 years for tax purposes). Once that period ends, the data is securely deleted.
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with the logistics provider needed to deliver your order and with the payment platform to process the transaction, both bound by confidentiality agreements.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as to data portability. To exercise these rights, email hola@nuvelshape.store identifying yourself as a customer and specifying the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
We only use technical cookies necessary for the store to function (cart session, preferences). We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.
We reserve the right to update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a visible notice in the store.
