Delivery times
- Mainland Spain: 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation.
- Balearic Islands: 10 to 18 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 12 to 25 business days, possibly subject to customs clearance.
- Rest of the European Union: 10 to 20 business days.
- Rest of the world: 15 to 30 business days, possibly subject to customs clearance depending on the destination country.
- Order preparation: 1-2 business days before the package ships.
Why these timelines
- We work with an international supplier instead of keeping our own warehouse in Spain.
- That makes delivery longer, but it's what lets us sell for €39.90 a shaper that would cost quite a bit more in a physical store.
- We'd rather tell you clearly before you buy than have you be surprised afterward.
- If you need the shaper for a specific date, order it at least three weeks ahead (more if your country is outside the European Union).
Shipping costs
- Free shipping to any country in the world, with no minimum purchase.
- Delivery times vary by destination: see the section above.
Order tracking
- You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order.
- When the package ships, you'll get another email with the tracking number and a link to see where it is.
- If 4 business days pass and you haven't received a tracking number, write to us.
- Tracking can take 2-3 days to show movement: that's normal for international shipments.
Shipping issues
- Package damaged on arrival: don't refuse it. Photograph it and write to us within the first 24 hours.
- If you pass the maximum stated timeframe without receiving your order, write to us with your order number and we'll trace it or refund you.
- Wrong address: let us know the same day you order. Once it leaves the warehouse we can no longer change it.
- Customs: shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs or import fees payable by the recipient, according to each country's regulations.
