Nuvel isn't for you if it doesn't do exactly what it promises. Period.
Return window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to start a return.
- After that period, we can't accept returns unless the product is defective.
Product condition
- The item must be unused, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns of used or washed items: please try it on over underwear.
How to start a return
- Step 1: Email hola@nuvelshape.store with your order number and reason for the return (optional).
- Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours (business days).
- Step 3: Drop the package off at any carrier collection point.
- Step 4: As soon as we receive the item, we process the refund within 3-5 business days.
Size exchanges
- If you ordered the wrong size, the process is identical to a return: email hola@nuvelshape.store.
- The exchange is free on your first order: we want you to get the size right.
- We arrange shipping of the new item as soon as we receive the original.
Defective products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, write to us within the first 48 hours with photos.
- We'll replace it at no cost, and in most cases you won't need to return the damaged item.
Refunds
- The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the order.
- Timeframe: 3-5 business days from when we receive the item.
- There may be an additional 2-3 day delay depending on your bank or financial institution.
